The Cybernetic Heart Implant is fully modifiable (edit links to stretch best) and copyable. You may easily adjust the collar's size to fit your avatar needs. A resizer script is included in the collar- simply touch it to resize. You may also delete this script when you're happy with its size to reduce script lag. 

The Cybernetic Heart Implant was initially made to fit the Maitreya body HOWEVER you can easily modify yours to fit any body!
